Betty Vawters: Co-Founder and owner has over 50 years of business experience specializing in accounting. She has worked her way up from an entry level accounting assistant to become the comptroller of a major machine shop specializing in gears for the shipping industry. Prior to starting J.O.B.E. Services, she worked for a National Factoring firm for 9 years and then a local factoring company for 3 years.

Beverly Matthews: Co-Founder and owner has over 40 years of business experience specializing in accounts receivable management. She served as Credit Manager and Portfolio Manager of a large Commercial Paper Distributor in Houston, Texas. Prior to starting JSI she also worked for a National Factoring firm for 8 years and then a local factoring company for 3 years.

Joe Vawters: Co-Founder and owner has over 30 years of business experience specializing in Marketing and Management. A graduate of the University of Houston he worked his way from loading trucks in a steel plant to the startup of a new Steel Mill to becoming Sales Manager for that steel mill based in the Southern US. Prior to co-founding J.O.B.E. Services, Inc. in addition to sales for the mill, he also had responsibility for managing the sales for 4 steel fabrication facilities located in South Carolina, Arkansas, Utah and Texas.
